Universities
FSC has strong links with many universities and research facilities and has continued a programme of education and research and monitoring for over fifty years. The FSC offers long-term data sets, accredited courses in survey and identification skills and the opportunity for individuals to use FSC Centres as bases for research. Courses to suit your needs
Visits to FSC Centres can be day or residential, from one night to seven or more. High quality teaching sites have prior access agreements and all have been risk assessed to ensure safety. Safety sacks and first-aid cover are available at all Centres. FSC teaching staff are available to advise on course design using local site knowledge, and are happy to lead course days by negotiation.
Each Centre has wide range of opportunities for study, and further details may be obtained from the Centres direct. Enquiries are welcome at any FSC Centres and inspection visits are arranged free of charge.
