Outdoor Classroom

Younger children at Key Stages 1 to 3 use the Centre grounds and local area as an 'outdoor classroom' for first-hand experiences of the environment. Being resident for a few nights also offers special opportunities to develop social skills and self-reliance.Students studying geography, biology and environmental science at GCSE, AS or A2 levels extend these experiences, investigating landscapes and habitats in greater depth to meet coursework requirements.

FSC Programmes

The simplest and most often cost effective way of conducting fieldwork at an FSC centre is by booking one of our fixed length residential programmes. Find out more about FSC Programmes.
